Certificate in Women in Leadership

INTRODUCTION
The evidence is clear that more diversity increases organisational performance, but still the proportion of women in key leadership roles remains low in most companies. Furthermore, women executives face a unique set of challenges when progressing into leadership positions, often without the right level of support and role models. With increased seniority, the smaller the pool of female colleagues becomes, along with a marked increase in unconscious bias. Rising as a leader can be a lonely and frustrating endeavour, even in organisations where there are policies and procedures to support top female talent. Novia One’s Women in Leadership programme is designed to create an opportunity for female executives to come together and share their leadership experiences in a learning and nurturing environment, to address the specific issues affecting women.
