NQF level 4 qualification with communication and mathematical literacy
Introduction
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare students to operate as Project Managers, by assisting them to apply knowledge of project management to achieve project objectives in a specific field of application. The qualification is structured as a combination of knowledge and practical modules, as well as a workplace module.

Workplace Evidence
The focus of the work experience is on providing the student with an opportunity to get exposure to the implementation of a project management framework by helping draft and manage a project plan. Prescribed workplace evidence must be collected and endorsed by the student’s mentor/supervisor in the workplace and submitted to NVO for final assessment.
External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA)
NVO will issue a Statement of Results (SoR) once the programme and all assessments have been completed successfully. EISA (External Integrated Summative Assessment) exam to be booked directly with Services SETA once NVO programme is completed. Exam fee payable directly to Services SETA (exam fees to be found on Services SETA website). The Novia One mock examination will be venue based to simulate exam conditions as applied by the EISA exam. Students will receive a certificate of competence against the qualification directly from QCTO after successfully passing the EISA.
