Entry requirements

NQF level 4 qualification

1. Engage in a journey of self-reflection in the following  contexts: ● Communication ● Leadership and social influence ● Collaboration ● Emotional intelligence 
● Time management.
2. Analyse a swamp simulation exercise, as well as an Extreme Ownership case study highlighting the importance of leading high-performance teams.
3. Review the need for digital transformation and engage with a Fintech and Disruption case study and an Internet of Things (IoT) design project.
4. Gain a sound understanding of the success of purpose-driven organisations, as well as the need to implement this type of approach.
5. Consider the digital client experience using: ● White Space thinking ● Reasoning, problem-solving and ideation 
● Creativity, orginality and initiative ● Critical thinking and analysis ● Analytical thinking and innovation ● Design thinking.
6. Differentiate between normal versus emerging risk factors.
