Retail Chain Store Manager

The purpose of this qualification is to equip a student with the knowledge, skills and competencies to perform the duties of a Retail Chain Store Manager and oversee the functions of a branch in a retail chain organisation. Students will be equipped with the skills and attitudes required to: ● Manage operational processes ● Maintain retail chain store stakeholder relations ● Implement plans to improve sales ● And manage risk and maintain assets.

EISA (External Integrated Summative Assessment) exam to be booked directly with FAIS one NVO programme is completed.

Exam fee payable directly to FAIS (exam fees to be found on FAIS website). The Novia One mock examination will be venue based to simulate exam conditions as applied by the EISA exam.

Module 7: Concepts and Principles of Improving the Financial Performance of a Retail Chain Store

Prescribed work experience must be endorsed by the student’s mentor/supervisor and submitted to NVO for final assessment.

2. Manage stock levels and retail chain store operations.
4. Minimise shrinkage and losses.
5. Plan to improve the bottom-line contribution of a retail chain store.
