Founder
Leading player in the South African finance sector, Marilyn Ramplin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of specialist business school, the Novia One Group. With a career that spans over 25 years in both international and African financial markets.
Marilyn has extensive leadership experience as a board member of several blue-chip institutions. This includes Alex Forbes where she served not only as interim Chief Executive Officer, but also as Group Chairperson and Non-Executive Director until March of this year.
