NQF Level 2 qualification
Introduction
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare students to operate as Dispatching and Receiving Clerks, who are well equipped to record goods received into and dispatched from a business, while minimising losses to the establishment and maintaining stock records. Classroom debate, case studies and student presentations all contribute to lively and enriching course content.
Overview of the High-Level Programme
Module 2: The Concepts of Shrinkage and Losses
Module 3: The Principles of Receiving and Checking Deliveries
Module 4: The Principles of Dispatching Stock
Workplace Evidence
Prescribed workplace evidence must be collected and endorsed by the student’s mentor/supervisor in the workplace and submitted to NVO for final assessment.
External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA)
EISA (External Integrated Summative Assessment) exam to be booked directly with W&R SETA once NVO programme is completed.
Exam fee payable directly to W&R SETA (exam fees to be found on W&R SETA website). The Novia One mock examination will be venue based to simulate exam conditions as applied by the EISA exam. Students will receive a certificate of competence against the qualification directly from QCTO after successfully passing the EISA.
